About Us

Who are we?

Salus Medical Services was formed by all the local GP Practices in response to local and national pressures that face both Primary Care and the wider NHS.

We help the federation practices work beter together and with other healthcare providers, reducing wastage and improving patient experiences.

Our objectives:

- delivery primary care services, on a larger scale

- help practices collaborate and gain economies of scale

- provide a single voice for primary care in North-East Hampshire

OUR CORE SERVICES

Rapid Home Visiting Paramedic

Our experienced team of community-based paramedics provides rapid response home visits for patients who require same-day assessment and treatment but may not need hospital care. Working closely with GP practices and community clinicians, the team delivers safe, timely interventions in patients’ homes, helping to prevent avoidable admissions and ensuring people receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time.

Integrated Care Team

The Integrated Care Team brings together a range of skilled professionals — including nurses, paramedics, care coordinators, and allied health practitioners — to support patients with complex or long-term conditions. Through a joined-up, holistic approach, the team works in partnership with local GP practices, social care, and voluntary services to improve outcomes, enhance independence, and promote wellbeing across the community.
